PART 1 - ONLINE OWN PACED:

the fist part will be an ANY TIME VIDEO COURSE which you can do in your own pace. After completing the online course and all the exercises you will have an understanding of sound healing and are ready to play the alchemy crystal bowls.

PART 2 - LIVE 1:1 MENTORING + PRACTICE:

You will get a 60 min 1:1 Sound Mentoring Session with Irina Sterna to answer all your questions, get feedback and practice.

This course is designed for everyone who isn’t able to join us in person from anywhere in the world.

INTRODUCTION

Welcome to a this online course in Sound Healing and Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. This course is created with the intention to welcome you to the world of sound healing and the sounds of the beautiful alchemy crystal singing bowls. A long time we were not sure if teaching sound online would be right, after many years of experience and sharing sound healing in my own way with my students I feel I now know what are the most important aspects of sharing sound, and so I started building this course for you. It is an basic (and still profound) introduction into the teachings of sound + alchemy.

There are pages you read, videos you listen to, video instructions how to play the bowls, detailed explanations of techniques, shared self-practices, exercises you need to practice, worksheets you can fill out, … and knowledge I gained over the last years by teaching theses basic sound courses.

My focus is on feeling ready to play the alchemy bowls, integrate them as a practice into your own meditation practice or in your work. A good mixture of theory + practice.

The only component I feel is always difficult to replace when learning online is the direct feedback and exchange with others. And this is especially important when playing sound for others. So I decided a 1:1 Mentoring Session would be the best way to actually receive feedback, ask personal questions and get some further guidance.

After completing the course you will be part of our community group and have also the chance to connect with a sound buddy to practice more or maybe you have a friend or partner who would love to play with you :)

COURSE OVERVIEW

We will connect to our vibration, our sound, frequency by listening and creating to the sounds we create and resonate with. You will get a new sense for sound and your own sound and frequency and how to change it. We will play the alchemy crystal singing bowls, engage with sharing sound baths, integrating sound in our own meditation practice or to integrate in other healing modalities, like coaching, bodywork, meditation or something completely different.

We will exchange, play, listend, feel, sense, receive and study the ancient teachings of sound. This sound healing course is a diving into the healing, loving, heart-opening sounds of the crystal singing bowls. You will learn all you need to play for yourself or others.

I will share with you the knowledge and techniques to play and listen to the alchemy crystal singing bowls. Listening and creating sound is something that is deeply rooted in our essence. Hearing is one of the first things we do in our mothers womb, listening is a skill that helps us to engage with our world to be presence with the world around us. True and deep Listening is a practice of awareness and presence. A practice of meditation a practice that shapes how we interact with the world. Sound is a universal language understood by everyone. Through listening and connecting with sound we remember to share our gifts, our sound, the sound of our soul and to remember that sound.

Sound is a soft and healing tool to connect with your wholeness, oneness your inner light. Sounds can invite us to open, to soften, to let go, to remember who we are and to be connected with our hearts. I love to share sound as a soft and gentle way of healing an invitation to soften and to allow healing and miracles to happen.

We will use many different sound healing & sound meditation techniques and the alchemy crystal singing bowls to help us to listen, create & share.

This course is also a Mini-Retreat, a time out for yourself, to listen to you, to enjoy. You will feel elevated and energized after it, and really on a high-frequency :)

Normally you would not need an own crystal bowl for the course bc you could use one of the studio but since this is online I would suggest that it is very helpful to have any crystal bowl or that you selected an alchemy bowl with us before the course begins.
